Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, testing, and validation of advanced analytics and analytical models for financial crime risk management.
  • •Ensure models and analytical techniques meet internal governance standards and regulatory expectations, including readiness for independent validation and audit scrutiny.
  • •Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive innovative, efficient solutions to complex financial crime risk challenges and promote continuous improvement.
  • •Produce and maintain high-quality documentation and manage follow-up of internal and external findings within risk appetite.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc required in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or related field (MSc a plus).
  • •Strong programming experience with SAS and/or Python, plus exposure to data analytics/data science and statistical model development.
  • •Experience or familiarity with AI/ML methodologies (supervised and unsupervised learning) is preferred; Financial Crime model experience is a plus.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and produce high-quality internal and regulatory documentation.
  • •Proficient English (written and spoken), with strong problem-solving and time management to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
