Job Summary

Lead Nextpower’s Project Services team overseeing customer accounts and projects from PO through commissioning. Manage direct and indirect Project Managers, ensuring safety protocols on project sites, on-time delivery, and best-in-class customer care. Own project scope and finances including Project P&L, revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and cost management. Provide technical support for PV solar tracking systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive resolutions to quality and non-conformance issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a team of Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to ensure best-in-class service for assigned customers and projects.
•Ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites and comply with company policies and procedures.
•Manage whole customer accounts or project groups from PO to commissioning, owning scope and all aspects of projects.
•Provide technical support to customers and develop/maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools.
•Manage Project P&L (revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and cost management) and coordinate on-time delivery by liaising with cross-functional teams.
•Play a key role in establishing KPIs for customer care and driving resolutions to quality issues using non-conformance and construction deviation processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-10 years of combined Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager experience in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas, or a relevant industry.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•Strong project management skills and qualifications with ability to manage direct reports with professionalism.
•Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer support and O&M issues.
•Strong knowledge of PV technology and applications, with passion for solar/renewable energy.
