Key Responsibilities

  • •Run day-to-day stock operations and controls to ensure perfect synchronization across receiving, transfers, shipments, returns, and other product flows.
  • •Oversee daily replenishment of storage areas on the sales floor (products and packaging).
  • •Monitor and close expired reservations, reintegrating them into available stock, and assist with correction of negative stocks.
  • •Manage defective and shopsoiled products.
  • •Prepare stock takes and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, produce the final finance report (validated by the Store Manager), and propose corrective actions to reduce shrinkage.
