Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle financial preparation per Indian GAAP and support statutory and tax audits.
  • •Support internal controls by ensuring compliance with RCM/ICFR.
  • •Support month-end close under US GAAP, including invoice accounting review and analytical review of monthly P&L with variance analysis and commentaries.
  • •Ensure statutory compliance including FEMA, GST, and TDS.
  • •Prepare/review monthly balance sheet schedules and bank reconciliations; perform budget vs. actual tracking and provide business-driven insights.

  • •CA with 6-8 years of experience in accounting or finance (or automated processing applications/software).
