Production Supervisor 1st and 3rd Shift

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of the plant leadership team. You’ll drive productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement, providing direction and development for direct reports. Build and promote safety programs, support strong employee and labor relations, and champion continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
