Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, enhance, and build the HR platform in an agile development environment.
  • •Deliver Workday enhancements across custom reports/calculated fields, BIRT layout designs, Studio integrations, and EIB inbound/outbound integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree.
  • •3+ years of experience leading the development, testing, configuration, and implementation of new Workday enhancements.
  • •Experience coordinating with HR subject matter experts to define requirements and determine recommended solutions for project or data change deliverables.
  • •Experience with Workday Core HR Operations, Talent Acquisitions & Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, report development, and Domain Security configurations.
  • •Works to streamline complex business challenges into simple, elegant technology solutions and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.
