Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the results of a Nova Product team responsible for the product experience across subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls, and the LP wallet/portal.
  • •Grow the team from ~4 engineers to 5–7 and help shape broader Product group structure as it scales.
  • •Work closely with Product, Design, stakeholders, and Foundations engineering teams to progress against the roadmap.
  • •Set clear technical direction with the team’s senior and staff engineers.
  • •Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance across high-stakes workflows where real money and investor identity are on the line.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring, developing, and getting the best work from engineers.
  • •A record of shipping and scaling customer-facing products, ideally in complex domains where quality is critical.
  • •Experience building in environments with high stakes and strict compliance requirements; fintech, payments, or identity/KYC is a bonus.
  • •Experience with a modern TypeScript stack, or ability to learn it quickly.
  • •Good startup judgment—comfortable with ambiguity and adding process without over-building it.
