Job Summary

Perform and support offset/offline production across areas such as the press room, folder/gluer, and material handling. Receive and process products, print pallet labels, set up and make-ready components, ensure quality and error-free work, and assist during downtime. Maintain safe operation and OHSE compliance, including hazard materials/waste handling, PPE use, housekeeping, and cGMP/HACCP/Chain of Custody requirements, while collaborating with the Press Crew to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from the press, stack/place on pallets, and ensure correct loading and completion with quality and accuracy checks.
•Perform make-ready and setup/breakdown tasks including cylinders, doctor blades, printing components, and print unit cassettes, following established instructions and procedures.
•Support press operation during downtime, assist press crew tasks, and help with changes needed for upcoming jobs (e.g., tools and impression rollers).
•Maintain OHSE compliance by using appropriate PPE, handling/disposal of hazardous materials/waste per procedure, and keeping work areas safe and clean.
•For applicable areas, operate forklift for safe material handling (loading/unloading, moving loads, inspections, paperwork) and support gluer tasks (feeding product, packing, palletizing).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) with one to three years of related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Very good mechanical and physical ability, with lift truck operators maintaining safety training for company equipment.
•Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and safe manual dexterity.
•Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
•Dependable attendance and punctuality, willing to assist operators and complete additional tasks as requested by department/shift leads or management.
