Job Summary

Create and review engineering drawings for land development and municipal infrastructure projects, using advanced AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D. Produce lot grading plans, storm/sanitary/water utility layouts, and related roadway and parking designs across the project lifecycle. Ensure deliverables meet CAD/BIM standards, client specifications, and QA/QC requirements, while coordinating BIM/CAD work with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff under senior-level guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead preparation of water main and piping layout drawings, including plan and profile drawings, in line with CAD/BIM standards.
•Develop and review drawings from conceptual sketches to detailed construction documentation using Autodesk Civil 3D.
•Ensure deliverables comply with client drafting standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements.
•Coordinate BIM/CAD activities with BIM/CAD coordinators, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and BIM models.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
•8–12 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D design and drafting.
•Ability to deliver high-quality drawings with thorough self-checking for accuracy and compliance with standards.
•Proven ability to meet strict project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of Revit MEP; HVAC and electrical modeling knowledge is an added advantage.
