Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation of water main and piping layout drawings, including plan and profile drawings, in line with CAD/BIM standards.
  • •Develop and review drawings from conceptual sketches to detailed construction documentation using Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • •Ensure deliverables comply with client drafting standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements.
  • •Coordinate BIM/CAD activities with BIM/CAD coordinators, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and BIM models.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • •8–12 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D design and drafting.
  • •Ability to deliver high-quality drawings with thorough self-checking for accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • •Proven ability to meet strict project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of Revit MEP; HVAC and electrical modeling knowledge is an added advantage.
