Job Summary

Own the performance and brand positioning of the Immunology product range in Avantor’s Diagnostics business in India. Drive new business development, analyze growth and profitability, and manage Rapid & Elisa portfolio optimization using market intelligence. Lead clinical marketing campaigns and technical events, coordinate lab validations, expand KOLs, monitor competitor activity, and manage pricing, schemes, and sales/margin analytics to ensure strong visibility and instrument utilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own performance of the Immunology product range in India, including new business development and disease-area focused market development.
•Own brand positioning across customer segments and ensure visibility through website/ecommerce enrichment, sales tools, and commercial team training.
•Manage Rapid & Elisa portfolio optimization, including identifying high-margin new product opportunities via market intelligence.
•Plan and execute lead generation to maintain a healthy sales pipeline, including enabling sales through final billing.
•Manage pricing, schemes, promotions, and sales/margin analytics; conduct competitor analysis and devise action plans.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of relevant experience in product management.
•Graduate or postgraduate in Biotechnology/Life Sciences; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
•Subject matter expertise in Immunology plus strong business knowledge of the diagnostics industry and strategy development.
•Analytical and logical thinking with a results-oriented mindset; proficient in Word, Excel, and SAP.
•Experience in Sales, Product Management/Application, or Marketing for clinical diagnostics products; marketing strategy and product launch planning skills are beneficial.
