Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer management.
  • •Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, networking, social media engagement, talent communities, and external partnerships.
  • •Create inclusive job advertisements and deliver a positive, transparent, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • •Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting, share talent insights, and contribute to recruitment process and technology improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years’ experience delivering recruitment outcomes in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.
  • •Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative support across teams and cultures.
  • •Knowledge of sourcing approaches, recruitment technologies, and talent assessment methods.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • •Fluency in Slovak and Czech, with very good English or German skills.
