Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze data for CMS programs, courses, students, faculty, research, and operations.
  • •Develop recurring reports, profiles, scorecards, and interactive dashboards, translating findings into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • •Compile and verify evidence for accreditation, program review, curriculum review, and quality assurance, maintaining reporting calendars, audit trails, and documentation.
  • •Design and operate end-to-end data and process automations using low-code workflow platforms such as KNIME and n8n, including scheduled pipelines, validation, alerting, and distribution of recurring reports.
  • •Partner with faculty and operational stakeholders to define AI-enabled requirements, assess authoritative data sources, validate data quality, and evaluate agentic AI solutions for responsible adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •Minimum six years of relevant experience in data analysis/academic analytics/business intelligence/institutional research (including at least two years building workflow automation or AI-enabled solutions).
  • •Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating automated workflows in low-code platforms such as KNIME or n8n (or comparable tools).
  • •Experience building and operating agentic AI workflows using large language models with tools/data sources, including the ability to explain testing, controls, and handover.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and practical working proficiency in Python, plus experience preparing reports/dashboards from multiple data sources and explaining findings to stakeholders.
