Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and coordinate Army equipment and materiel turn-ins in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Conduct visual inspections, apply equipment condition codes (A–H), and tag/segregate unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
  • •Enter timely, accurate records into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and support inventory reconciliation and discrepancy research.
  • •Support audits/PARs and inspections, safely store and stage equipment, and operate forklifts/pallet jacks while following Army and OSHA HAZMAT and workplace safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property regulations including AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Familiarity with Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate property records.
  • •Must be able to obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
