  • •Work closely with the operations team to solve plant problems using technical expertise and historical data.
  • •Ensure Most Effective Technology (MET) is understood and used; challenge/escalate MET assumptions when better options arise.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting and improve and document operating discipline with experts/SMEs.
  • •Diagnose and document root causes of asset utilization losses and improve operating procedures and precautions.
  • •Maintain daily engagement by reviewing logbook/alarm history and KPIs, and respond urgently to issues and emergencies with corrective/preventive actions.
