Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily manual oversight to reconcile payment data and ensure accuracy across SFTP reports.
  • •Participate in testing, validation, and quality control for new payment method launches.
  • •Monitor and track platform metrics including Cost Per Order (CPO), Acceptance Rate, Success Rate, Decline Rate, and status mismatches between PSPs and backend.
  • •Proactively identify system anomalies, status mismatches, or technical glitches; escalate and resolve operational risks before they affect performance.
  • •Manage manual operational workflows and constrained access points to maintain operational stability and single-point reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in data handling tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • •Meticulous attention to detail for manual report reconciliation and system testing.
  • •Quick learner who can understand payment gateway (PSP) systems, backend statuses, and SFTP data flows.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • •Proactive ownership mindset to execute daily tasks with minimal oversight.
