Job Summary

Lead a project team within Business Data Governance to prepare for Large Financial Institution (LFI) status. Ensure data requirements are met for Reg YY and related Federal Reserve reporting regulations, develop and implement governance policies, and manage data quality and compliance initiatives. Review business documents, create and execute test cases, identify and remediate defects with technology teams, and support UAT and workshops. Lead and mentor analysts while aligning technology deliverables with business requirements.

•Lead a project team within Business Data Governance to prepare for Large Financial Institution (LFI) status and ensure Reg YY data requirements are met.
•Oversee development and implementation of data governance policies, and manage data quality and compliance initiatives.
•Review business required documents, create and execute test cases, identify defects, and coordinate remediation with technology teams.
•Develop business requirements as required by Federal Reserve regulations and reflect rule changes in business requirement documents.
•Lead and mentor analysts, run workshops to resolve requirement/defect questions, and support UAT before production implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or related field; master’s is a plus.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience at a bank with increasing responsibility, including relevant internal audit and capital/liquidity or public accounting advisory experience.
•Working knowledge of Reg YY and related regulations (e.g., FR 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-15).
•Strong data analysis skills using SQL and Excel, plus data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
•Experience leading teams and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
