Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end international and domestic freight execution across road (LTL/FTL), air, ocean, and parcel, including carrier booking, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • •Ensure freight documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant, and monitor exceptions, delays, and escalations to drive corrective actions and proactive stakeholder communication.
  • •Coordinate with Compliance and customs brokers on import/export requirements and regulate shipments, supporting ITAR-controlled shipments and audit-ready records.
  • •Track and report logistics KPIs (cost per shipment, on-time delivery, transit time, carrier reliability, claims rate), maintain dashboards, and support accruals, invoice reconciliation, and reporting.
  • •Build carrier and stakeholder relationships, manage lane rates and routing within TMS/ERP, and develop SOPs and logistics playbooks while driving continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of progressive experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • •Experience managing international freight operations, including import/export processes.
  • •Working knowledge of Australian customs and biosecurity requirements (AQIS, ABF) and international trade compliance.
  • •Proficiency with TMS and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and strong analytical skills with Excel for KPI reporting.
