Job Summary

Supervise daily completion of civil construction projects, overseeing laborers and equipment operators to execute Storm Utility, Dirt/Earth Work, and miscellaneous concrete work. Lead the crew’s safety culture, coordinate job instructions with the Project Manager and Superintendent, and ensure work is completed to owner plans and specifications. Read and interpret plans, monitor field layout, compaction, quality, and aesthetics, maintain job site order, and keep time/material records for daily job costing.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

•Multiple years of experience in excavation and grading, including seat-time operating heavy machinery on civil construction projects.

•Related construction field experience with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
