Own affiliate creator operations for the Indonesia Semi-Consignment team, including batch matchmaking and driving GMV for small and medium-sized creator affiliates. Lead and develop a BPO team through incentive design and regular training to improve workforce efficiency, while partnering cross-functionally and communicating with creators.

Key Responsibilities

•Run affiliate creator operations for the Indonesia Semi-Consignment team, including batch matchmaking and owning GMV results for affiliate GMV.
•Continuously review, optimize, and innovate alliance resources and creator outreach channels to drive improvements and scale.
•Explore AI efficiency improvements to enhance alliance and outreach performance.
•Manage the BPO team by designing rationalized incentive measures and conducting regular training.
•Collaborate with creators and cross-functional teams to execute operational actions and reach growth goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•2+ years of experience with an e-commerce platform, including basic understanding of creator operations and platform resource applications.
•Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to summarize, distill insights, and apply clear logic.
•Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with creators, with a strong collaborative mindset.
•Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
