Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment to prepare drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans to ensure freshness and flavor consistency for each beverage.
  • •Steam and froth milk to the correct texture and temperature, including latte art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders, provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, coffee blends, and brewing methods.
  • •Process payments accurately (cash and card) and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the coffee preparation area.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience; 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with GCC experience a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods (espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art).
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to take orders accurately and make recommendations.
  • •Strong attention to detail for consistent preparation (measurements, extraction times, milk frothing).
