Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospective) and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles to improve maturity and delivery effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and strategic priorities; conduct analysis and document business requirements, user journeys, and system/process impacts.
  • •Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; partner with Product Owner and delivery teams to prioritize backlog items by value and dependencies.
  • •Identify and manage delivery risks, impediments, and blockers; maintain RAID logs, support governance cadence and escalation, and ensure compliance with organizational SDLC controls and audit/regulatory requirements where applicable.
  • •Own end-to-end project management activities (initiation through closure), manage scope/timeline/milestones/resources/budget, support UAT planning and QA alignment, and drive release readiness including cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years of relevant technology/digital delivery experience, with proven Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery experience.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
  • •Experience with requirement elicitation, process mapping, story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • •Hands-on experience in project planning, dependency mapping, budget tracking, and resource management.
  • •Familiarity with Agile/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Office, Power BI, and MS Project.
