Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure protective security systems and countermeasures comply with group and regional standards and regularly review their effectiveness.
  • •Control and manage electronic access control systems, including authorized usage and password management, plus intrusion detection and security/video and visitor systems.
  • •Manage protection, audit, and control of site access cards and badges and ensure data retention requirements are met.
  • •Monitor contract guard services for compliance with standards and contractual obligations; manage SLAs, deployment schedules, guard selection, and vendor meetings.
  • •Develop post orders, deliver guard training (with documentation), identify local risks (crime/terrorism), and implement corresponding training and countermeasures; ensure employee traveler policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years overall security experience with at least 4 years in organizational physical security.
  • •Practical experience with access control, electronic surveillance systems, and electronic/physical countermeasures.
  • •Experience managing guarding manpower, budgeting, and liaising with civic authorities.
  • •Fluency with MS Office and basic computer use for routine functions.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, communication (English and local language), and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
