Job Summary

Design, implement, and commission control system solutions for ICSS projects, working hands-on with DCS hardware and application software. Deliver technical solutions within schedule and budget, performing detail engineering (system architecture, BOM, loop checking) and coordinating FAT, site commissioning, SAT, cut-overs, and handover. Collaborate with project leadership, interpret P&IDs/control narratives, ensure quality and safety compliance, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on control systems hardware and application software support for DCS in ICSS projects.
•Perform detail engineering tasks including system architecture, BOM, and application development with testing, hardware integration, FAT, cut-overs, and loop checking.
•Work with project leadership to deliver technical solutions to customers within agreed schedule and budget, including leading smaller projects end to end.
•Interpret customer specifications and engineering documents such as RFQ, architecture, P&IDs, control narratives, C&Es, and logic diagrams.
•Conduct site visits for installation supervision and commissioning (SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover) and ensure quality/safety compliance.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with DCS/Safety PLC/PLC, including detail engineering, testing, and commissioning (Honeywell experience preferred).
•Experience interfacing with third-party systems, including Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), ProfiNet, Profibus, and similar protocols.
•Knowledge of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus.
•Experience with advanced L2/L3 nodes (Alarm, History, Asset, Network Management) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switch/router, domain controller configurations).
•Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
