Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising by ensuring product recovery/restock/destock and making visual changes in line with directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll management and zone/visual support adjustments to business needs.
  • •Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution, meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; coach associates and support recruitment and development.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
  • •Values feedback and is receptive to receiving feedback while eager to provide it.
  • •Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 10-15KG and perform physical tasks such as standing and safe ladder climbing.
