Key Responsibilities

  • •Segregate retail/internal jobs from warranty jobs on job cards and group costs by charge type.
  • •Complete costing for retail/internal labour/consumables and sublet lines; ensure correct menu code/charge type mapping.
  • •Ensure jobs are costed using standard labour operations with appropriate RTS/SLTS codes and correct allocated time.
  • •Record labour, parts, and sublet costs against each repair; ensure internal/service contract charge lines are invoiced.
  • •Prepare MIS reports, reconcile incentive payments, and follow up on pending repair orders over 30 days.
