Cost Manager - Data Centre

Lead cost management for data centre projects, supporting feasibility studies, procurement reports, cost estimation, and the development of final cost plans. Manage tendering and post-contract cost variances through change control, producing accurate valuations and monthly reports. Collaborate with clients and consultants across all project stages, contribute to value engineering, and support bid documentation and internal cost-management process improvements, including updates into the internal database using FMS.
