Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive strategic leadership for the civil engineering discipline to ensure successful delivery of project and work site outcomes.
  • •Conduct engineering reviews of permit applications, design plans/specifications, standby plans, engineering contracts, integrated management plans, and construction inspections to ensure compliance and sound engineering practice.
  • •Lead complex civil engineering projects, guide contributors on deliverables and timelines, and supervise subcontractors, contract work, and employees.
  • •Drive pursuit and execution of infrastructure work, including business development, proposal scopes, timelines, pricing, and budgetary metrics for compliance with codes and regulations.
  • •Serve as an engineering liaison to internal and external stakeholders (agencies, clients, subcontractors), and provide performance guidance and mentorship to staff.
