Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of complex R&D deliverables for CoLab’s largest enterprise customers. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scope work, sequence roadmaps, manage delivery milestones, and surface risks early. Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), define success metrics tied to customer value, and create crisp executive-ready program updates that ensure transparency and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end coordination of customer product deliverables across Product, Engineering, and Success, surfacing blockers and risk early
•Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure deliverables are fully scoped, resourced, and sequenced within the roadmap
•Partner with CSMs to align internal delivery timelines with customer expectations, identifying risks and dependencies
•Lead and operationalize user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating customer participation, success criteria, and timelines
•Create customer-facing executive communications, define success metrics, and collect post-delivery feedback to inform future roadmap decisions

•5+ years of experience in program management or customer-facing project/program roles in SaaS

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write crisp updates and facilitate tough conversations
•Highly organized, proactive, and outcomes-driven with strong problem-solving in ambiguous situations
