Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor ETF trading activity and market quality indicators including liquidity, spreads, premiums/discounts, and volumes across T. Rowe Price ETFs.
  • •Conduct analysis of primary and secondary market activity to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities to improve trading and liquidity.
  • •Maintain market surveillance tools, dashboards, databases, and recurring ETF capital markets reporting; monitor creation/redemption and basket activity.
  • •Support day-to-day interactions with authorized participants, market makers, exchanges, and trading desks; assist with onboarding and coordination for ETF liquidity providers.
  • •Assist with ETF launch readiness and post-launch monitoring, and support cross-functional governance, compliance, and internal reporting/analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, trading, capital markets, investment operations, or a related function.

  • •Experience with Bloomberg and/or other investment and ETF data platforms.
  • •Ability to analyze complex information, identify relevant issues, and communicate findings clearly; strong organizational and time-management skills.
