Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine QC testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to specification within production priorities and deadlines.
  • •Record and maintain accurate test results and quality records; report any non-conformance to a superior.
  • •Ensure adherence to Sika quality systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
  • •Assist production/QC teams in resolving quality issues during manufacturing and troubleshoot abnormal/out-of-specification results.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and calibration of laboratory equipment, manage laboratory reagent and supply stock levels, and support calibration if required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum SPM level plus relevant laboratory experience.
  • •Laboratory experience of at least 1 year; experience in the same industry is an advantage.
  • •Familiarity with MS Excel.
  • •Ability to work in shifts.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
