Supervisor, Build & Integration

Supervise SpaceX’s Starlink Machining & Fabrication team at the Bastrop site, leading technicians and automation specialists who fabricate, build, integrate, and deploy factory equipment and tooling. Collaborate with development operations and automation teams to hit infrastructure milestones, manage tooling and parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency. Provide technical support and mentorship while coordinating priorities and delivering on the critical path, including occasional surge support by traveling to other SpaceX sites.
