Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all commercial delivery of Professional Services projects, from project administration and director perspective across multiple engagements.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, providing clarity, alignment, and confidence through delivery stages.
  • •Proactively manage risks, align cross-functional teams, and ensure customer outcomes are met or exceeded.
  • •Ensure accurate project reporting and keep relevant parties up to date on project activity and success.
  • •Drive growth in key accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and influencing future roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale data or AI/ML projects in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
  • •Experience successfully managing projects with teams up to 5 people and contract values over $0.5M.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with data lakehouse architecture or modern data platforms.
  • •Ability to manage multiple workstreams across technical and business stakeholders, balancing scope, time, and risk.
  • •Experience setting up and managing delivery frameworks, ideally with PMI/PRINCE/AGILE certification.
