Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • •Support the product owner by managing the backlog and maintaining sprint goals.
  • •Remove impediments and external distractions to keep the team focused on priorities.
  • •Monitor team performance, track and report daily activities, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • •Identify and assess risks and issues, perform impact analysis, prioritize, and manage resolution while ensuring compliance with KeyBank policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Scrum Manager (CSM) (required).
  • •3+ years Scrum Master delivery experience, including an additional 2+ years of Agile project experience (required).
  • •Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges and remove impediments.
