Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts and other quality professionals to build continuous improvement and accountability.
  • •Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks, partnering with operations and customer service to streamline workflows.
  • •Define and track quality and process efficiency KPIs; analyze quality data, audit findings, and operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
  • •Proactively identify quality and operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support automation/digital projects to improve reporting, monitoring, and proactive risk awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or related work, including 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • •At least 3 years of direct experience in customer service/consumer support with high documentation accuracy (white-glove servicing).
  • •Proven expertise with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
  • •Strong analytical skills using data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, plus statistical software.
  • •Experience managing audits, compliance, and corrective action plans; excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
