Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to deliver on time and within budget.
  • •Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with design requirements and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and support execution.
  • •Procure materials, equipment, and services to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • •Monitor progress, inspect work quality, identify risks or delays, and maintain documentation (reports, drawings, change orders, RFIs) while providing updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience with 5 years relevant experience in construction project execution.
  • •Proficiency in construction project management methodologies and techniques.
  • •Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • •Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials, with the ability to monitor work quality and risks.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required for success in this role.
