Production Supervisor

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring team safety, quality, cost, time, and output targets are met. Supervise materials usage to maintain smooth production flow, support plant programs and process improvements, and communicate goals and initiatives with leadership and associates. Collaborate across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement while coaching, training, and fostering positive employee relations.
