•Develop and execute the overall agency ecosystem strategy, including onboarding creator agencies and seller ecommerce solution providers aligned to growth targets and category priorities.
•Design and implement data-driven performance frameworks to measure agency contribution, efficiency, and seller success; review portfolios and address performance bottlenecks.
•Partner cross-functionally with category teams, marketing, traffic operations, and products to equip agencies with the resources, tools, and policies to succeed.
•Identify emerging opportunities in the e-commerce ecosystem and lead pilot programs with select agencies before scaling.
•Represent the platform in key agency and industry events to strengthen market positioning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
•3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, agency management, or related fields, with measurable business outcomes.
•Strong business acumen to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
•Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Fluency in English reading and writing; excellent Portuguese reading and writing communication skills.
