Investment Banking Associate - Energy (Oil & Gas)

Provide client relationship management and investment banking coverage for corporate and private equity clients in the energy (oil & gas) sector. Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution across M&A plus debt and equity capital raising. Independently draft internal/external documents and marketing materials, working day-to-day with clients, attorneys, investors, and senior professionals, and may coach/mentor analysts or interns.
