Job Summary

Lead operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of the Allianz Group Corporate Rule Book (CRBK) platform. Own day-to-day platform operations (administration, access management, configuration, incident coordination) and oversee the corporate rule content lifecycle from authoring to publishing and maintenance. Drive onboarding and migration for new operating entities, coordinate across Legal, technology partners, and vendors, and champion AI-enabled automation by monitoring KPIs and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day CRBK platform operations, including administration, access management, configuration, incident coordination, and vendor interactions.
•Drive onboarding of new operating entities by coordinating migration of corporate rules, managing implementation activities, and delivering training for adoption.
•Oversee the corporate rule content lifecycle (authoring, review, approval, publishing, and maintenance) while ensuring governance standards and content quality.
•Serve as the operational interface between legal functions, technology providers, and the platform vendor to align stakeholders.
•Identify automation opportunities, monitor platform KPIs and user feedback, and drive process optimization for AI-enabled platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in enterprise platform operations and service management, including incident management, vendor coordination, and operational excellence.
•Experience leading onboarding, migration, or transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
•Strong stakeholder management across legal, business, and technology teams, with ability to navigate cross-functional dependencies.
•Hands-on experience with content management and information governance platforms, including document lifecycle management and platform administration (Corlytics, Archer, OneTrust or similar).
•Background in Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, or Regulatory environments is preferred, plus interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI).
