Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of product features from discovery with customers to production deployment and monitoring.
  • •Engage with customers on calls or visits to understand problems and translate them into technical RFCs and solutions.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape technical direction and ship features rapidly (often multiple deployments per day).
  • •Design, implement, and deploy robust, scalable solutions in a TypeScript-based monorepo and ensure first-user success.
  • •Contribute to a culture of candor and high ownership, balancing fast delivery with high quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Proactive ownership of customer-facing problems from design to production
  • •Strong TypeScript experience and ability to work in a type-safe monorepo
  • •Hands-on ability to talk to customers, gather requirements, and write RFCs
  • •Experience deploying features to production and monitoring them in production
  • •Wamiliarity with React, Prisma, and modern frontend/backend tooling are a plus
