Job Summary

Lead engineering pods in the Safety Platform organization to drive the technical vision and end-to-end execution of foundational systems powering safety workflows. Own shared infrastructure, APIs, tooling, and the Safety agentic platform (AI-powered) to automate and augment detection, enforcement, and review pipelines across Roblox’s Safety teams, delivering scalable, high-availability solutions.
