Build trusted client relationships as a float Banker, serving customers across multiple in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess client banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide a consistent, digital-first client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening new accounts, handling service requests, and educating clients on self-service digital tools while partnering with branch teams.
