Job Summary

Lead the organization’s Organization Development and Strategic Workforce Planning functions by shaping OD strategy, workforce planning, and organization structure. Manage OD projects, develop policies and tools, and provide internal advisory to align operating models with business mandates. Oversee workforce data analysis to improve efficiency and capability alignment, manage people and talent development, budget performance, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the Organization Development (OD) strategy and operational plans aligned with organizational priorities.
•Lead OD projects and ensure delivery against timelines and KPIs, including stakeholder engagements to identify OD needs.
•Direct strategic workforce planning for DCT and its assets using workforce data to produce future-focused projections aligned to capabilities and business priorities.
•Design and advise on organization structure and operating model in partnership with the business to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
•Manage people objectives, talent development, budgeting/financial performance, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
•AIHR, SHRM, or STA human resources professional certification (preferred).
•At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Organization Development, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
•Experience delivering OD-related strategy and operational plans aligned to business objectives.
•Strong data interpretation and simulation capability for workforce planning insights.
