Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the Organization Development (OD) strategy and operational plans aligned with organizational priorities.
  • •Lead OD projects and ensure delivery against timelines and KPIs, including stakeholder engagements to identify OD needs.
  • •Direct strategic workforce planning for DCT and its assets using workforce data to produce future-focused projections aligned to capabilities and business priorities.
  • •Design and advise on organization structure and operating model in partnership with the business to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Manage people objectives, talent development, budgeting/financial performance, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • •AIHR, SHRM, or STA human resources professional certification (preferred).
  • •At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Organization Development, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • •Experience delivering OD-related strategy and operational plans aligned to business objectives.
  • •Strong data interpretation and simulation capability for workforce planning insights.
