Job Summary

Lead multidisciplinary mining projects from planning through delivery in a multi‑disciplinary engineering environment. Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and documentation; coordinate subcontractors and procurement logistics; maintain rigorous document control for visibility and audits; prepare client communications and project updates; support health and safety plans and field coordination to ensure on‑time, within‑budget project delivery for clients in Québec.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project lifecycle execution from startup to closeout with quality and momentum across deliverables.
•Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and schedules to keep the project aligned and on target.
•Collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, and business partners to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
•Coordinate subcontractor activities, draft work orders, and review invoices to support procurement logistics.
•Maintain project records using document control systems to ensure visibility, compliance, and audit readiness

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 81,100 - 107,700 annually

Key Requirements

•University or advanced degree in environmental studies, sciences, engineering, business, or a related field
•Familiarity with PMI project management principles and processes
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe Acrobat; Oracle or Power BI is an asset
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
•Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and technical partners
