Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of multiple complex fit-out projects or programmes, aligning with client strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
  • •Oversee all project phases including feasibility, design, procurement, delivery, and handover.
  • •Drive robust project governance covering cost management, scheduling, risk and issue management, and quality assurance.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to major clients and build long-term client relationships through senior, client-facing leadership.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability, Contractors) and provide direction and mentoring to junior project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in fit-out or construction project management, with leadership on complex, high-value projects.
  • •Experience from a consultancy or client-side organisation, able to lead and advise on construction delivery.
  • •Strong pre- and post-contract project management expertise across the RIBA lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at senior levels.
  • •Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration; JCT/NEC accreditation is advantageous.
