Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Elastic solutions and Elastic Stack expertise to drive customer business value from our products through end-to-end project delivery.
  • •Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing in client workshops, and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support to identify feature improvements and product defects, and provide field feedback to product teams.
  • •Engage with the Sales team to scope opportunities and assess technical risks, questions, or concerns while ensuring engagements are delivered on time.
  • •Mentor team members and share knowledge to accelerate skills and promote a high-performing consulting practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Elastic Certification: Required – Active Elastic Observability Engineer certification is mandatory.

  • •Consulting History: A strong history of working as a Consultant delivering professional services engagements in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Domain Expertise: Proven experience in deploying solutions using Elastic core domain: Enterprise Observability.
  • •Experience with fleet and agent installation policies and scalability considerations.
