Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects by applying internal procedures to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
  • •Act as a technical expert providing input to a range of resources and waste projects, including drafting whole reports.
  • •Attend meetings with clients from inception to final reporting with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Lead and support the development of proposals ensuring quality and competitiveness.
  • •Develop and deliver services by implementing innovative, robust, time- and cost-effective methodologies and build relationships to grow the work pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •First degree in a relevant subject, preferably in science, environment or engineering.
  • •Pertinent experience of environmental and waste services or infrastructure procurement projects for local authorities.
  • •Experience in developing technical documents such as technical specifications, method statements, performance management frameworks, invitations to tender, pricing schedules and payment mechanisms.
  • •Experience of competitive dialogue and/or competitive procedure with negotiation procurement procedures.
  • •Understanding of resources and waste legislation and policy in the UK.
