•Act as a trusted HR advisor to Operations leadership, influencing workforce strategies to meet business objectives.
•Partner on talent planning, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.

•Provide operational HR support such as performance coaching and conflict resolution, and ensure consistency in HR processes.
•Build stakeholder partnerships and deliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Facilitation skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
