Job Summary

Own program and project management for marketing initiatives, including product launches, integrated campaigns, and strategic events. Partner with product marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and run launches from kickoff through post-launch reviews. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary program manager for the marketing organization, supporting Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Strategic Events, and other functions.
•Lead end-to-end program management for product launches, from planning through execution and post-launch reviews, and improve the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
•Track and report launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.
•Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to ensure clear ownership, decisions, and next steps.
•Establish and maintain marketing project management processes, templates, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency and speed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually
