Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers, developing and growing the organization to meet business needs.
  • •Support day-to-day operations by assigning and delegating work across the team.
  • •Lead root cause and corrective action investigations to resolve major operational problems.
  • •Own resolution of Discrepancy Reports, including supplier-related issues.
  • •Develop and enforce quality requirements across the product lifecycle and lead Quality Management System activities (internal audits, calibration management, nonconformance management).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
  • •Working knowledge of design, fabrication, integration, and testing methodologies.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship (interim and/or final Secret post-start required).
  • •Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
